EDITORIAL STANDARD

Source-first, or not listed.

We separate a current Vermont dentist license from a current office. An NPI is useful for identity research but does not certify a license, practice location, appointment availability, or quality of care.

License

The Vermont Office of Professional Regulation is the license authority. A record only becomes public after a current license check tied to an authorized source run.

Office and relationship

An independently verified office address, business phone, practice site, and dentist-to-office relationship require separate current evidence. A clearly labeled “Reported practice lead — not verified” comes from a supplied business-listing research file dated October 10, 2026. These leads are not confirmed current offices, patient contact routes, or affirmative city/filter matches; some require manual review. Check with the practice before relying on a reported address, number, or website.

How results work

Exact license/name lookup uses verified publication facts. Site search first matches the published pages by keywords, then may use Clef-flash to reorder up to ten results; it never invents facts. When AI is unavailable or its daily cap is reached, keyword search still works. Paid placement cannot hide organic alternatives. There are no sponsored listings.

Coverage right now

Every record in the declared source run has a recorded status; practice, office, and contact details require separate evidence. Published dentists: 663. Published dentist-office relationships: 13. Last approved roster refresh: 2026-10-10.

Corrections

If a license listing looks wrong, use the official OPR lookup to check current status. Practice and office details may change. This site does not currently accept listing corrections, appointments, or patient information; do not send medical details through the directory.

Not a clinical recommendation or emergency service. Do not submit a medical history here.
